Prior to Carmel's venture into real estate sales, she began her career as a middle school teacher. During those years, Carmel developed a great level of patience and persistence in order to help her students to achieve their goals, which attributed to her position as Sales Office Manager for the Mondrian South Beach. At Mondrian, Carmel experienced firsthand the success of sales on a pre-construction project as well as the lows of the real estate market in a troubled economy. The success of her efforts in supporting the sales team to switch strategies to help bring back new sales to the project was her inspiration to pursue Real Estate sales full-time independently. She utilizes her insider knowledge of development projects to help her clients to find the property that is best suitable for them and strives to give them personalized attention to find out what their specific property needs are.
