As an expert in her field for 20 years, Rena has proven success in independent sales, management, training, strategic planning, team building, sales operations, marketing, public relations and international relations. International travels included consulting on behalf of investors and developers on topics ranging from visa related programs as well as equity raises for projects. Rena also works with developers and investors strategically creating assemblages for them in emerging markets. Rena continued utilizing the skills she cultivated over the years and opened her own boutique real estate brokerage Pulse International Realty over a decade ago overseeing a team of 30 agents/employees. Rena’s approach goes beyond the conventional.
Over the last two decades she works closely and discreetly with her investor/developer base assisting them in achieving their vision through a myriad of ways including joint ventures and raising equity.
Rena plays an integral role behind the scenes and below the radar on many outstanding developments. Discretion in many cases is key
the connections, knowledge and creativity she and her team bring to the table is extremely valuable.

Cast member on weekly Real Estate program The American Dream featured on CBS in 49 cities. Co-host on The Real Estate Forecast airing on The Beach Channel. Rena provides content for all the programs and has been interviewed and featured on several other programs nationwide, some of which highlight her success in a male driven industry such as commercial real estate, as well as her success as an entrepreneur and a regular content contributor to CNBC.

DEVELOPMENTS, CONSULTING, & TRAINING
Rena provides consulting on development projects to developers and their teams leading them to successful sales. Pulse Intl Realty's recent in-house projects included Sophie Bay Harbor Luxury Residences in Bay Harbor island FL. As well as collaborating with developer sales teams representing them in New York and abroad on several projects most recently the luxurious Turnberry Ocean Residences project. Rena's development career also included the position of sales director for projects such as Mondrian South Beach and Marquis Miami. As part of her skills in consulting and training Rena has been hired over the course of her career to train brokers internationally through her own system working closely with sales teams to improve their performance in Dubai, France, Milan, and Rome.
